Buckwheat Jelly

Buckwheat is produced a lot in the Remote Mountain Village of Gangneung.
White flowers make grandeur like a milky way in the night sky in blossom of buckwheat flowers.

The origin of buckwheat is estimated to be the Central Asia, neighborhood of Lake Baikal of Siberia, and Manchuria. It has been introduced to our country from China.
You can make simply edible jelly with this buckwheat.
Grinding buckwheat with Maetdol and boiling it with wood fire for a while, it sets like taffy.
Pouring it on the cloth with close texture laid on the square box and wrapping it with the cloth, it becomes like bean curd. Cutting it, mixing it in the cool meat soup, y, and putting in soy sauce and laver, you may taste it. Then the taste will be remembered as the taste of Gangwon-do you cannot ever forget.
